63 Unformatted
Disk The printer detected an unformatted disk when the
printer was turned on.
If you continue, the disk will be ignored and normal
operation will continue.
To correct the error condition and use the Disk Option:
Format the disk. (Select MENU, TESTS MENU,
MORE, Format Disk, and CONTINUE.
Send the data again.
If Auto Continue is On when the printer detects this
error, it waits 30 seconds and then continues.
64 Defective Disk The disk is defective. Remove the disk and try another.
7x Network
messages Refer to the documentation that came with the Network
Option for explanation of error messages.
80 Scheduled
Maintenance The printer is nearing the scheduled maintenance
requirement which should occur after approximately
60,000 pages have printed. This message will continue
to appear on the Busy, Ready, and Waiting menus
every 50 pages or when powering on until the new
fuser unit is installed.
Call your service representative to install the new fuser
unit and other items in the Maintenance Kit.

conductor Unit
Life Warning The photoconductor unit is nearing the end of its
service life. Purchase a new photoconductor unit to
maintain optimum print quality.
84 Oil Bottle Low Press CONTINUE, or replace the oil bottle and press
CONTINUE.
85 Cyan Toner
Low The Toner Low Alarm is active and the printer has
detected that this cartridge is low on toner.
Select CONTINUE, or replace the appropriate color
toner and select CONTINUE.
86 Magenta Toner
Low The Toner Low Alarm is active and the printer has
detected that this cartridge is low on toner.
Select CONTINUE, or replace the appropriate color
toner and select CONTINUE.
87 Yellow Toner
Low The Toner Low Alarm is active and the printer has
detected that this cartridge is low on toner.
Select CONTINUE, or replace the appropriate color
toner and select CONTINUE.
