First, you should take a look at the
Analyzer.The ShowFocusClockEye
window. The integrity of the clock
signal is important for any further data eye analysis, because it is used for sampling. The result depends on
the used test data (test pattern, target application) and may look like one of the following figures:
The graph does NOT show any data eyes, but can be interpreted in a similar way (

The colored parts should define a white area, which can be enclosed or open on
the upper/lower side. The clock threshold should be set to the middle of this area
(as shown above).
