Appendix 6 Calibration Operation Guide
(Using the calibration frame of X-712 wheel aligner to calibrate the probe rods of X-631 wheel aligner)
Importance!
This Guide is only suited to the calibration frame with good working conditions.
Assembling the Calibration frame
Please assemble the calibration frame on the smooth ground according to the figure shown in the following:

Notice:

First, please adjust the adjusting screws respectively and keep their extended length be approximately same;

And then place the calibration shafts on the brackets respectively. Note that the corresponding surfaces should be
firmly contacted each other when placing the holder block on the calibration shaft;

Keep the difference between two diagonals less than 1mm (The length of each diagonal is about 3025mm);
¾
If the length of one of the diagonal is far from 3025mm, please pat the calibration frame along the direction of the
calibration shaft;
¾
And then confirm the length of another diagonal. It should be 3025mm approximately. Repeat the operations
mentioned above to ensure the length difference between two diagonals less than 1mm.
