a)
There are electrical devices working with the same frequency around the working site;
b)
The distance is too far (more than 15m) from RF emitter/receiver box to the probe rods.

Short the distance between the main unit and the probe rods

Error in “Check.ini” file ( incorrect probe rod address, incorrect PC address and incorrect serial port setting;
