Instructions for waveform testing software of X-631 wheel aligner
The following is the main interface for waveform testing software of X-631 wheel aligner:
On above interface, the area of frame1 displays the numbers for a set of corresponding testing probe rod. Click the
corresponding key-press of the probe rod to acquire the probe rod number automatically after selecting the frame at the end
of the corresponding line; of course, you can enter the probe rod number manually.
The area of frame2 is corresponding to the Read command operation key-press of a set of probe rod (including four probe
rods). Click “read1” to automatically acquire two CCD coordinates of FL probe rod; Click “read2” to automatically acquire
two CCD coordinates of FR probe rod. The operation is the same with RL and RR probe rods. Caution: Be sure to click the
tick mark inside “read” selection frame above “read1” during test, in order to acquire the latest readings.
Two buttons within the area of frame3 are used for waveform display. The previous waveform of probe rod end part can be
acquired when clicking CCD1; and the middle CCD waveform is displayed after clicking CCD2.
The area of frame4 is corresponding to each CCD. There are three groups of data which is corresponding to the waveform
parameters read for three times respectively. The data at the top is maximum amplitude of CCD, its normal range is
between 0-255; the data at the bottom is average coordinates of CCD, its value range is between 0-2047. What we should
care about is the first group of data.
