3-11 TRANSPORT LEVELER - 18’ MODEL
3-11.1 Mount the anchor mounting assembly to
tongue with 7/8” u-bolts, lockwashers, and
nuts. Do not tighten u-bolts. Install the two
leveler mounts to main frame. Place shear
plate over the leveler mount. Slide anchor
pin through shear plates and leveler mounts
and lock with klip pins. Install 1/2” x 5-1/2”
bolts through the shear plate assembly. Ro-
tate shear pin assembly until bolt rests on
top of leveler mount

3-14) .
3-11.2 Attach the three springs between anchor
mounting assembly and shear plate assem-
blies on frame. Use anchor pins and klip pins
to secure.
3-11.3 By moving anchor mount on tongue, the
mount assembly can be adjusted until the
machine is level in transport. Tighten u-bolts
now.
