5.10 - POWER OUTPUTS (U4)
The Feed Navigator can be equipped with the Power Output option, making three
3.5 Amp outputs available on the fifth connector; these outputs can be associated to
four different Functions according to how Power Output Preference was programmed.
The selectable Functions are: Traffic Light, Mixing, Loading and Unloading Thresholds,
Extractors, External Keyboard Input. The maximum total current with all three outputs
active is 7 Amp.
The outputs are protected from short-circuits and temperature.

Traffic Light
The Traffic Light Function requires the Traffic Light option.

Mixing
During the Automatic Mixing and Manual Mixing Functions, the Power Outputs can
control the counter-knives of the mixing wagon, in order to improve the quality of the
mixing and the mincing of the blend. By using the Mixing Parameter Preference, the
three output operation can be set according to individual requirements.

Loading and Unloading Thresholds
During weighing operations, the Out 1 and Out 2 outputs are activated according to
the values and modes set in the Loading and Unloading Threshold Preference.

Extractors
During the execution of a Recipe this Function allows automatic loading up to four
Components.
When Programming the Recipe you must use the Component Codes: FEED01,
FEED02, FEED03 and FEED04, to which the Out 1, Out 2, Out 3, Out 4 are
associated. When the Recipe is Execution, during the loading of these Components,
the relative output turns on when the programmed load is reached.

External Keyboard Input
The function allows to activate/deactivate the Out 1, Out 2, Out 3 and Out 4 by
pressing the Radio Control key or the External Keyboard Input, in relation to the
option set into Setting the Inputs Preference (cod.82).
