4.4 - AUTOMATIC MIXING
This Function allows a timer to be programmed that can be used, during
the execution of a Recipe, to check the mixing time of the Ingredients
loaded in the mixer wagon.
During weighing, the operation is interrupted in the preset position and
resumes at the end of the count-down of the programmed time. The
activation of the timer is signalled on the display with the lighting up of
the
d
symbol. If the [
MIXING
] code is programmed in the Recipe, the
execution time will correspond to the value of the programmed time.
If however the [
MIXADJ
] code is programmed, the execution time will
be corrected in relation to the speed of the augers as identified by the
Proximity Speed.
