Tools : Fork wrench n°13-17-19,
chisel, hammer, snap ring pliers,
press 4 tons.
• Unscrew plugs (15),(251) and
empty the oil from gearbox.
• Disassemble cap (4), using
chisel and hammer.
• Disassemble spring pins
(30),(32) and flange (31).
• Disassemble snap ring (28),
shims (10),(29).
• Press the shaft (11) from side
(A) in order to extract it from
extension (7). For extracting
the shaft (11) it’s necessary
damage the oil seal inside the
extension (7).
• Unscrew bolts (16) and
disassemble extension (7).
• Disassemble snap ring (13),
shim (2) and outer ring (3),
using chisel and hammer.
Tools : Extractor, chisel,
hammer, snap ring pliers, pliers,
fork wrench n°17.
• Disassemble bearing (12),
using an extractor.
• Disassemble outer ring (8)
and shim (2),using an
extractor.
• Disassemble the damaged oil
seal (9), using a chisel and
hammer.
Warning : Disassembled
shims if not damaged, must
to be assembled in the same
positions.
