Gearbox
The oil in the gearbox is changed
as follows:
•
Raise the machine to the
transport position.
• Remove oil plug 1 and 2.
• Let the oil run into a suitable
receptacle.
• Allow the last of the oil to drip
out of the transmission for
approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
• Fit the drain plug 2 into the
gearbox and tighten it fully.
• Lower the machine back down
to the working position.
• Adjust the cutter bar in such a
way that it’s horizontal in all
directions.
• Remove oil plug 1.
• Fill up with 0,6 ltr
(1.3 US Pints-1 Imp Pints)
• Fit oil plug 1.
For gearboxes always use
SAE GL5 EPX 80W-90
After the first 50 hrs. thereafter
every 200 hours or once a year.
