Switch assembly
This product has an easy access power switch. To lock the switch in the OFF ( O ) position, remove
the switch key from the switch. Place the key in a location that is inaccessible to children and others
not qualified to use the tool.
Table
Provides working surface to support workpiece.
Table bevel lock
Locks the table in any position from 0°- 45°.
Table support lock
Tightening locks table support to column. Always have it locked in place while operating the drill
press.
Work-light
This tool comes equipped with a work-light that lights the work area.
7. ASSEMBLY
Unpacking
This product requires assembly.
1. Carefully lift tool from the carton and place it on a level work surface.
Note
This tool is heavy. To avoid back injury, keep your knees bent and lift with your legs, not your back, and
get help when needed.
WARNING
2. Inspect the tool carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
3. Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated
the tool.
Do not use this product if any parts on the Loose Parts List are already assembled to
your product when you unpack it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the product
by the manufacturer and require customer installation. Use of a product that may have
been improperly assembled could result in serious personal injury.
