13.0 Moving floor (if mounted)
By biomass fuels forming clinker in connection with their combustion, it is a great advantage to fit the
burner with a scraper bottom.
The scraper bottom constantly scrapes the generated clinker out of the boiler bottom and you need not
clean the burner head every day, as it should normally be done when combusting with grain and similar
fuels.
The scraper is mounted as shown below.

Mode of operation.
The control gives the start signal to the motor.
The scraper goes forward and pushes clinker and ashes out of the burner head.
The scraper goes backwards underneath the fuel, and stops when it hits the back of the burn head.
The scraper should always only run once, and stop after each operation.
Adjustment possibilities (see section 6.12.2)
Adjustment possibilities (see section 6.11+6.12)
MOVING FLOOR On:
Is the maximum time in seconds when the scraper controller is activated, the
period is normally set at 5 seconds.
MOVING FLOOR Off: The time interval for the scraper plate to run an operation, to be set according
to fuel type and ash volume, the starting point being 20 min.
Maintenance.
Greasing:
The shaft support has 1 grease nipples, these should be greased once or twice a year.
Cleaning:
Dismount the scraper plate when needed. Then clean the surface on which it runs, and also
clean the track in the burner bottom.
