7.5 Mounting the Prefabricated Bracing for
Amaprop 2000--2500 with Adjustable Feet,
without Upper Holder
The guide rail is supported on the left and on the right by two
bracing elements pre--fabricated from two braces welded to a
reinforcing plate.
Amaprop 2000--2500 (with adjustable feet)
Prior to installation, loosen the bolting retainingthe feet on the
bracing, so that the feet can be adjusted vertically. Washers
have to be fitted on both sides, i.e. under the bolts heads and
under the nuts.
Mount the prefabricated bracing with pre--assembled feet on
the pump bracket, using hex. head bolts, washers on both sides
and lock nuts as illustrated below.

Please note!
Nuts with counternuts must always be fastened on the outside
of the pump bracket!

550 -- Discs 20-200 HV.
Secure the bolted connections between the prefabricated
bracing and the pump bracket with Loctite and tighten to the
below torques with a torque wrench. Do not forget to fit the
washers and lock nuts!
