7.6 Support braces (sizes 1200--1801) or
brackets (sizes 2000 --2500), standard
design (without adjustable feet)
On mixer sizes 2000--2500 without adjustable feet, the guide
rail is supported by two pre--assembled bracings supplied on a
wooden pallet.
For sizes 1200--1801 four single braces with welded--on foot
plates are used. They are supplied on a wooden pallet.
Mount the braces or bracings on the pump bracket, using hex.
head bolts, washers on both sides, and lock nuts as illustrated
below.
(Do not tighten the bolts at this stage).

Then use a crane to pull this assembly upright and lift it into its
installation position as shown in the installation plan. Make sure
to use suitable lifting tackle for square rails! Observe health and
safety regulations as well as any regional regulations.
On units to be mounted with upper holder, the position of
accessories 15 depends on the bridge.
Align the guide rail vertically with the help of a spirit level and
wedges. Secure the M20x80 and M20x65 bolting between the
bracing and the pump bracket with Loctite and tighten to a
torque of 250 Nm with a torque wrench. Do not forget to fit
washers and lock nuts!
