Secure the bolted connections between the braces or

prefabricated bracing and the pump bracket with Loctite and

tighten to the below torques with a torque wrench. Do not forget

to fit the washers and lock nuts!

Tightening torque

168 Nm

250 Nm

Then start positioning the feet on the tank floor until the foot

plate rests on the floor completely.

Incorrect: Incomplete contact!!

Correct: Full contact

Secure the bolted connections M16x55 between the braces

and the feet with Loctite and tighten to 150 Nm with a torque

wrench. Do not forget to fit the lock nuts!
Mark out and drill the holes for the composite anchor bolts. Drill

bit diameter 18 mm; bore depth 125 mm. Even level foundation

floors have site--related tolerances. Therefore, the 4 holes for

the feet should only be drilled when the feet rest fully on the tank

floor (use slotted holes to adjust)! The hole pattern data for the

composite anchor bolts (dimensions F

A

, F

B

, F

C

) are for

orientation only; it is important that the feet rest fully on the floor!

Observe the installation instructions for the composite anchor

bolts given in section 3.1.

Note:

For sizes 2000--2500 the adjustable range of slotted holes is

restricted by the welding design of the bracket. As for sizes

1200--1801, for full contact between the foot plates and the floor

fill any remaining gaps with UPAT chemical mortar (see section

7.8). Observe the application instructions given on the

supplementary sheet! The mortar can only be applied when the

tank is empty and dry. Do not apply if there is still some minimal

water level in the tank (rainfall). The mortar cannot be applied

by divers.

Any unfilled gaps remaining will result in

increased stresses on the composite anchor

bolts.
This may damage the composite anchor bolts, the mixer and

the installation parts.
Inadequate filling of any gaps remaining can invalidate any

liability of the manufacturer for consequential damage.

Drill a hole with Ø 18 mm and clean it (e.g. with compressed air).

Verify bore depth (125 mm).
