3.4 Overload protection

The overload protection protects the tractor and the machine from load peaks. It may also
respond at low speed or when the rotors start up. If this is the case, the universal shaft rotates
but the rotors stop or rotate at reduced speed. If the overload protection responds briefly, the
function of the machine is not impaired.
„ To avoid early wear of the overload protection, switch the PTO shaft off if the overload
protection responds for a longer period of time (>1 s).
