5.6 Setting the Rear Flap Locking
Mechanism (Medium)
The rope (1) on the right-hand and left-hand side of the
machine is used to indicate on both displays (2) - on the
right-hand side of the machine - whether the tailgate is
closed correctly.
When the lock hooks are completely locked, the pointers
(2) should be slightly raised from the stop (3) (cable is
under tension).
If the locking hooks have not locked completely, the
indicators should be significantly raised by the screw (3).
Adjusting procedure:
The rope length can be set in the oblong hole (3).

• Raise the tension arms on the left/right (1) 20 mm each
from the stop (2).
• In this position, adjust the upper baling pressure
indicator to the lower baling pressure indicator with the
cable adjustment (3).
The cables must be tightened until the
levers are raised up from the screw.
• Raise the left/right tension arms 30 mm from the stop.
• In this position, adjust the upper baling pressure
indicator to the lower baling pressure indicator with the
cable adjustment.
The cables must be tightened until the
levers are raised up from the screw.
