7.6.2 Motor Position Setting (Net)
The feed and cut-off positions are approached and
stored here.
• When switching operation on, keep the

key
pressed.
• Pilot lamp (5) flashes slowly.
7.6.2.2 Setting the cut-off position
The adjustment is made on the machine (refer to
chapter on default settings and operation, "Adjusting
the Cut-off Position")
• The engine is retracted up to the cut-off position
with the
2
key, i.e.:
• Move the engine in over the control unit just far
enough so that dimension A between the pivot
point of the ratchet mechanism (1) and the
adjusting lever (2) A = 410 mm and the left LED of
the filling indicator (12a) lights up.
• The
10
key stores the value.
Read off the set value on the bar graph (11).
7.6.2.1 Setting the feed position
• The engine is extended up to the feed position with
the
3
key, i.e.:
• Move the engine out over the control unit just far
enough so that there is still a small gap between
the feeder plate (8) and the conveyor roller (9) and
dimension A between the pivot point of the ratchet
mechanism (1) and the adjusting lever (2)
A = 285 mm.
The right LED of the filling indicator (12b) should
light up. Once dimension A is reached and the red
LED of the filling indicator (12b) lights up, save the
feed position.
• The

key stores the value.
Read off the set value on the bar graph (11).
