Adjusting the Handles on the Bottom/Rear or the
Side
In case of an optional handle attached to the bottom/rear
or handles on the sides,
the
distance of the handles may have to be re-adjusted when attaching the TFT screens.
Attachment of the handles
The handle on the bottom/rear
or the
handles on the sides
are attached to each
retainer in the mounting rail
.
The retainers are mounted with clamps
with 4 countersunk Allen screws M5 x 35 mm
ISO 10642 each.
Re-adjusting the handles
A long handle on the bottom/rear
requires
2 persons for adjustment.
•
For each clamp, unscrew
4 countersunk screws by 2 turns .
The handles are connected to the mounting rail
using flat ribbon cables.
•
Do not pull out the handle too far from the
mounting rail
.

Move the handle on the bottom/rear
or the handle on the side
into the desired
position and align it so it is parallel to the mounting rails
.
Make sure that the retainers fully engage into the clamps .
•
Make sure the handle on the bottom/rear
or the handle on the side
is aligned
horizontally.
WARNING
Risk of injury from falling handles!
Insufficiently tightened fastening elements can cause the handles to fall:
•
For each clamp, tighten 4 countersunk screws evenly with a tightening torque of
5.5 Nm .
