3 Instructions for Safe Installation
3.1 Information on Device Identification
These instructions for use are intended solely for devices identified on the rating plate by the
following data:
•
Type designation: CEMOR monitor suspension system
3.2 Required Installation Equipment
•
Lifting device, e.g. RIECK “ALP Montagelift LMC500” or forklift, with a permitted load-
bearing capacity of at least 250 kg.
Before lifting, check whether the suspension arm system is sufficiently secured.
Ensure during lifting that there are no collisions with other suspension arm systems,
devices, ceilings or walls.

Protective gloves
• Torque spanner
•
Multimeter
•
Standard tool kit
• Working platform (e.g. platform ladder) according to national occupational safety
regulations
3.3 Requirements
3.3.1 Requirements for the Qualifications of the Service Technician
• These Mounting Instructions are intended for trained technical qualified staff.
• Installation and servicing of the suspension arm system may only be performed by the
technical department of Gebrüder Martin or trained and authorized service personnel.
3.3.2 Requirements before Installation
• The load bearing capacity must be checked by a structural analyst and confirmed with an
acceptance certificate.
•
The electrical installations in the room concerned must comply with the requirements of all
nationally and internationally applicable regulations.
