c)Electrostatic filter
If there is indication to replace G4 preliminary filter, check the condition of electrostatic filters. They have to be cleaned if
any contamination is observed, however at least every 6 months.
Before opening the inspection panel it is necessary to check if power
supply of the electronic mainboard and electrostatic filter has been dis-
connected.
Disconnecting power leads
Once confirmed that the power supply is discon-
nected you can access the filter by opening the in-
spection panel. Disconnect the plug and make sure
that the lead does not interfere while sliding out the
electrostatic filter.

Installing/Removing AHU filters
Remove the electrostatic filter from its guides us-
ing a handle. Avoid touching the internal alumi-
num plates with your fingers. If possible (vertical
filters) remove individual cathode sections in order
to reduce its weight and facilitate the removal.
The filter can be removed in one piece in AHUs
size 1 and 7÷11. In AHUs size 2÷6 only the cath-
ode elements are removed.
