3. SCOPE OF DELIVERY AND COMPONENTS
The delivery consists of the following items:
Individual AHU sets (disassembled and packed for transport after being tested)
Quality Control Certificate with attached individual certificates of element requiring commissioning
Operation and maintenance manuals
Spare parts for individual order
4. SPARE PARTS SPECIFICATION
4.1 Spare parts for filters:
Preliminary and fine filter elements should be ordered in line with the AHU's KT Quality Control Certificate or the ta-
bles listed in the Operation and Maintenance chapter.
5. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
The AHU is transported to an installation place in indi-
vidual sets.
Loading and unloading into the location or storeroom
should be carried out using a crane or fork lift in line with
H&S regulations.
The AHU sets during transportation (vertical and
horizontal) should be protected against contact with
crane's ropes by inserting spreaders to avoid de-
forming the casing.

In the framework and foundation corner joints there are Ø50 holes for leading through a DN40 cross-pipe or hook at-
tachment and lifting using belts.
In case of separated air supply-exhaust AHUs the upper part is lifted using additional holders which are screwed to
lower part of the framework. The holders have got holes to fix hooks and belts.
For horizontal transportation the AHU set has to be fixed to prevent its shifting in case of unexpected movement.
The AHU is protected with polyethylene film for transportation and it should be immediately removed once the unit is
placed indoors. Leaving the devices with film not removed outdoors can deteriorate a condition of galvanized sheet
(zinc white) which may void the warranty.
The AHUs should be stored indoors, in dry rooms (max relative humidity should not exceed 80% at 20
°
C and tem-
perature should be at -20÷40
°
C).
The AHUs should be protected against unauthorized access.
The AHUs should be placed on level surface to avoid skewing and unsealing AHUs.
It is allowed to transport a rotary heat exchanger in lying
position.
Rising up a rotary heat exchanger to the operating position
should be carried out evenly, holding side edges of the casing,
in order to avoid skewing the heat exchanger casing.
Vertical transport of the heat exchanger should be carried out
only in its normal working position using a fork lift or crane, en-
suring even rope tension and avoiding skewing the heat ex-
changer casing.
Skewing the heat exchanger casing or placing it on an uneven
base may lead to its damage or incorrect operation.

Any damages caused by improper transportation, unloading or storage are not cov-
ered by the warranty and any claims laid by way of aforementioned issues will not
be acknowledged by KLIMOR S.A.
