1
Connection and setup procedure
1. Turn off the OUTPUT switch of each unit.
2. Turn off the POWER switch of each unit.
3. Determine the master unit.
• If the PAN-A and PAN series are used together, assign the
PAN-A series power supply as the master unit.
4. Preset the OVP (overvoltage protection) trip points for the
master and slave units.
• Preset the OVP trip points for the slave units to a value
slightly higher than that used for the master unit. However,
do not preset them to a value exceeding 105 % of the rated
voltage.
5. Set the control switch S5 of the master unit and slave units
to the positions shown in Fig.4-17.

6. Connect the master unit and slave unit as shown in Fig.4-
Fig.4-18 shows an example of how the rear output terminals are
connected in parallel for two slave units
