Chapter 3 Front-Panel Menu Operation
To Configure the Remote Interface

LAN Configuration
There are several parameters that you may need to set to establish
network communication using the LAN interface. Primarily, you will
need to establish an IP address. You may need to contact your network
administrator for help in establishing communication with the LAN
interface.
1 Select the “I/O” menu.
Press
and then press the
I/O
softkey.
2 Select the “LAN” menu.
Press the
LAN
softkey.
You can select
Modify Settings
to change the LAN settings, or
Current
Config
to view the current LAN settings (including the MAC address).
Press
Modify Settings
.
From this menu, you can select
Reset LAN
to restart the LAN,
IP Setup
to set an IP address and related parameters,
DNS Setup
to configure
DNS, or
Password
to set a password for the Web Server Interface.
Note: To set a password use the knob and cursor keys (use
to delete
all characters to the right of the cursor position). The Web Server
Interface will prompt for the password to protect certain windows. For
further information, see “

of the User’s Guide for the
Keysight
33210A.
