Launch TAP and verify if you can load any of the test plans from the installed
measurement suite. Based on the example below, you can now load the test
plans from the BLE measurement suite in TAP with the KS83301B license
installed.

Repeat these steps on each machine on which you plan to use the USB
portable license.
