Suspend Hole
This is a feature of Keylogbook which allows the suspension of a exploratory hole at any time during the working
day. It is designed to be used for periods during the working day where no data entry is to be carried out, i.e. during
a period of standing and you wish to turn off the tablet but not end the shift. Tap
SUSPEND
and KeyLogbook will
shut down the programme without the normal
end shift
section. This then allows you to turn off the tablet. On
restarting the programme you will be taken back to the exploratory hole log you have suspended then you can
continue to record the data from the hole. Using suspend does not give the option to send the current data.

Suspend can only be used for the current working day and not for overnight.
