The unit is tracking while the T R A C K I N G L E D © is lit.
The absolute value of both set voltage value and set cur-
rent limit value are identical, for both positive and nega-
tive outputs.
The unit does not track w h e n the Tracking LED ® is not
lit. If the T R A C K I N G K E Y © is pressed, the T R A C K I N G
LED lights up and tracking starts, and the set voltage and
current limit values attain the s a m e values a s indicated
by the voltmeter and the ammeter, respectively. If the
settings of voltage and current need to be changed, press
the T R A C K I N G K E Y again to cancel the tracking and enter
a n e w positive or negative value for each of the voltage
and current.

(1) T h e P R E S E T feature is used to store the actually value
setting (displayed value) in one of the P R E S E T ( 1 , 2 , 3)
K E Y s @ .
1) S e t the L E D s a s indicated in Figure 1 0 . A l w a y s make sure
that the O U T P U T L E D @ is not lit.
2) S e t a positive voltage value by the Rotary Encoder.
3) P r e s s the A K E Y @ and turn the Rotary Encoder to set a
positive current limit value.
4) . Press - 1 8 V K E Y ® and turn the Rotary Encoder to set
a negative current limit value.
5) Press the V K E Y © and turn the Rotary encoder to set a
negative voltage value.
6) Press the M E M O R Y K E Y © and confirm that the V A R I A -
B L E L E D © goes off.
7) If one of the P R E S E T K E Y S ( 1 , 2 , 3 ) @ is pressed, the
M E M O R Y L E D © goes off and the L E D of the selected
P R E S E T K E Y lights up. A n arbitrarily entered value is stored
in the selected P R E S E T key at this time.
