Sets how MIDI Continue messages are treated. When turned on, these messages are treated as if they
were MIDI Start messages. When turned off, Continue messages will only be treated
as Start if
immediately preceded by a Song Position Pointer = 0 message. (Some sequencers use this instead of a
start message)
Note: This parameter affects the Sync 24 output as well as the Clock Start / Stop Aux Controller.
