Electrical wiring
Safety information
The electrical wiring of this product requires expert knowledge in the field
of electrical engineering. This knowledge, generally learned in vocational
training in one of the fields stated, is not described separately here.
Only connect up units that have a circuit breaker that switches off all
poles from the mains power supply with a minimum contact gap of
3 mm!
Check and comply with the following safety information before starting
work on the controllers and door air curtains:
De-energise the system and secure against unauthorised switching-on.
Wire the units as per the wiring diagrams supplied with the units.
Carry out the electrical connection only in accordance with VDE and EN
regulations currently in force as well as the technical wiring regulations
(TBAs) issued by the regional electricity providers.
Only connect the unit to fixed cables.
Errors with the wiring can lead to the unit being damaged! The
manufacturer is not liable for any damage to people and materials caused
by the wrong wiring and/or improper handling.
Electrical wiring
The terminal strip is on the right-hand side of the unit, seen from the air
intake.
Open the service hatch.
Remove the terminal box cover.
Route all electrical cables in line with the unit diagrams supplied.
Note the planned control option.
When installing a residual current operated circuit breaker (RCCB), we
recommend using a type B RCCB with delayed triggering (super-resistant,
characteristic K).
