eplacing the Y-Axis Limit Sensor

If the sensor bracket is removed, carry out the following adjustment.
If only the sensor is replaced, the adjustment is not needed.

Loosen the screw fixing the Y-limit sensor bracket and make the adjustment so that the
distance from the end face of the linear way is that shown in the figure above. After the
adjustment has been completed, tighten the screw firmly.

For adjustment in the vertical direction, make the adjustment so that the clearance between
the Y-MSW bracket mounted on the X-frame end L and sensor surface is 0.8 to 1.5 mm
(target: 1.0 mm), and then tighten the screw.

Distance between the front end of the linear
way and the center of the sensor: 102.5 mm
Center (Y-positive limit sensor)
Distance between the rear end of the linear
way and the center of the sensor: 334 mm
Far (Y-++ limit sensor)
Distance between the rear end of the linear
way and the center of the sensor: 228 mm
Clearance between the limit sensor and the dog
0.8 to 1.5 mm (target: 1.0 mm)
