13-4-2-3-2. Replacing the Backlight of the KE-2050R/2055R/2060R
[Step ] Remove the M3 screws (in six locations).
[Step ] Peel off the UL tape. Normally do not reuse this tape.
[Step ] Detach the high-voltage cable from the clamping material.
Note)
When detaching the cable, take care not to damage nor break it. Applying the
power to a broken cable may cause smoke or fire.
[Step ] Press down the lug for fixing the backlight tube in the direction indicated by the arrow .
[Step ] While executing Step , pull out the backlight in the direction indicated by the arrow .
Note)
Do not pull the backlight cable. There is a high possibility that it breaks the cable
and causes smoke or fire.
[Step ] Insert a new backlight tube by reversing Step until you hear the locking lug click.
[Step ] Return the monitor to the original state by performing Steps , , and in this order.
