Rev. 2.00
SW6: Used to adjust a period of time when setting the transport delay time of the STOP (R) sensor
by the hardware.
The switch settings are the same as those described for SW1.
W6: Used to turn ON or OFF the hardware control of the STOP (R) sensor delay time.
(Open: ON, Short-circuit: OFF)
SW7: Used to adjust a period of time when setting the transport delay time of the C.OUT (R) sensor
by the hardware.
The switch settings are the same as those described for SW1.
W7: Used to turn ON or OFF the hardware control of the C.OUT (R) sensor delay time.
(Open: ON, Short-circuit: OFF)
W8: Used to set a period of brake time for the OUT motor (connectors to be used may vary
depending on the transport direction). As pins with smaller No. are short-circuited, the brake
time becomes shorter. On the contrary, as pins with larger No. are short-circuited, the brake
time becomes longer.
W9: Used to select whether the power to the STOP (L) sensor is always turned ON (1 and 2 are
short-circuited) or turned ON only when necessary (2 and 3 are short-circuited).
W10: Used to select whether the power to the C.OUT (L) sensor is always turned ON (1 and 2 are
short-circuited) or turned ON only when necessary (2 and 3 are short-circuited).
W11: Used to select whether the power to the STOP (L) sensor is always turned ON (1 and 2 are
short-circuited) or turned ON only when necessary (2 and 3 are short-circuited).
W12: Used to select whether the power to the C.OUT (L) sensor is always turned ON (1 and 2 are
short-circuited) or turned ON only when necessary (2 and 3 are short-circuited).
W13: Used to set a period of one clock.
1-2: 10 msec, 3-4: 20 msec, 5-6: 40 msec, 7-8: 80 msec, 9-10: 160 msec (the longer one gets
higher priority)
W14: Used to set a period of brake time for the IN motor (connectors to be used may vary
depending on the transport direction). As pins with smaller No. are short-circuited, the brake
time becomes shorter. On the contrary, as pins with larger No. are short-circuited, the brake
time becomes longer.
W15: Used to set whether the GND line of the 5V/24V power is connected (short-circuited) or
disconnected (opened).
