9.3
Performing a test run
The first test run is to make sure that the system is properly installed and fully functional.
For system operation, see Chapter 10 " Operation " on page 50.
On the control panel, turn the Production
rotary switch to the Stop position.
On the control panel, turn the main switch
to the I = ON position.
The power supply is turned on. The display
on the PLC (1) shows the following
message:
If a different message appears, refer to
Chapter 12 “Troubleshooting”, on page 65.
In the process cabinet (1), check that the
pressure gauge (4) shows a pressure of
exactly 1.8 bar. Otherwise, adjust the
pressure with the pressure reducing valve
(3).
There must be at least 3 bar water
pressure (2) (water system inlet).
On the control panel, turn the ECA rotary
switch to the Anolyte & Catholyte position.
