Commissioning
9.1
Preparing
Check all pipe and hose connections for leaks.
In the case of leakage, switch off the system and tighten any leaking connections.
Then check for leaks again.
9.2
Commissioning the system
On the control cabinet control panel, turn
the Production rotary switch to Stop.
Switch on the main switch (1) on the control
cabinet control panel.
If necessary, open the door of the control
cabinet (1) and process cabinet (3) using a
T-handle key (2).
The display on the PLC (1) shows the
following message:
If a different message appears, refer to
Chapter 12 “Troubleshooting”, on page 65.
