Once the correct current consumption and the defined values are reached and remain
constant, the amount of solution produced must be "gauged" as follows.
You need the following tools: Two volume
measuring vessels (e.g. 1 L measuring
cylinder) and a stopwatch.
At the same time, place the ends of the
Anolyte (1) & Catholyte (2) output hoses in
the respective measuring cylinder.
Measure the time.
Collect the solutions for (at least) 2 minutes
while noting the exact time.
Switch off the system; see Chapter 10.4
„Switching off the system“ on page 54.
Measure the amount of solution collected
in both measuring cylinders (1) and (2).
Compare the quantities of solution
collected in the two measuring cylinders.
The difference between the two quantities
must not be more than ± 10 %.
Determine the production output via the
quantity per time. The deviation from the
nominal value of Anolyte & Catholyte (20 L /
h) must not be more than ± 10%.
If one of the differences is greater than
acceptably allowed, the test must be
performed again, and if a difference occurs
once more, contact the customer service of
GF JRG.
