10 Operation
10.1 Control elements on the control cabinet
1 Illuminated Operation status button
[Operating status / descaling]

Lit green: Production cycle is running correctly.

Green flashes at 1 Hz: Descaling cycle is running.

Green flashes at 2 Hz: Rinse cycle is running.

The illuminated Operation status button can be pressed to start a manual descaling
cycle; see Chapter 10.8 "Manual descaling cycle" on page 58.
2 Illuminated Reset button
 Lit red: Malfunction.
 Chapter 12 "Troubleshooting" on page 65 provides information on how to remedy
possible faults.
3 Production Start/Stop rotary switch [Production Start/Stop]
Starts or stops automatic production.
4 ECA Anolyte & Catholyte / Anolyte neutral rotary switch
Selects the system operating mode. For further information please see Chapter 10.3
"Switching on the system" on page 52.
5 Main switch I = ON / 0 = OFF
Switches the system on or off.
