Adjust the gap between the blade and anvil:
1. Enter under the feed roller and slowly turn the drum so that the highest
blade is close to the anvil.
Important:
Keep clothes, jewelry, long hair and body parts away from rotating parts.
2. Check the gap between the blade and the anvil with a gap gauge, (which is
0.8 to 1.5 mm).
3. Five bottom bolts need to be loosened to make the bottom knife movable.
4. Push the holder to set the correct blade clearance.
5. Slowly turn the roller down and check the gap between the other blade and
the anvil.
6. Tighten bolts by torque of 60-75nm
Reverse or replace anvil:
1. Remove the five anvil bolts
2. Use a wire brush to clean up the debris on the anvil and the anvil holder.
3. If the edge of the anvil becomes round, flip to a new edge or replace it,
the anvil can be flipped 4 times. Put the anvil back in the base, apply
thread glue to the bolt and insert the bolt.
Anvil checking:
1. Check if anvil is worn and damaged
2. Check bolts on anvil, fix by right troque.
