replace the control card for technical reasons. The backup files use the “.bak” extension
and only that extension is valid. You can carry out two actions:
enters the screen

checks whether the file has the right extension. If it is, the file is read
immediately.
VERY IMPORTANT:
In case of error when selecting the file, etc. the machine could
lose all programming.
When you are in
CREATE BACKUP
It displays the list of files to select the file that you wish to use for your copy. If you
choose an existing “.bak” file, its content will be replaced with the current content. At the
end of the list, there is an exit line. If you select this line, you will pass to writing the name
of the new file that you wish to create as a backup. See the “currency programming”
option for a description of how the name is written and you go on to the next stage.
The number of characters in the name is 8, if you write more than 8 it is truncated and if
you write less than 8, the empty spaces are filled with “_”. The file is written immediately
and a beep sounds every so often to let you know that the backup file is being written.
Once the file is complete, the machine displays the message “
FINISHED
”. At this time
some seconds may elapse before the machine responds to the keys again.
exits to the previous function.
With this action se you can save the event log in a file with the extension “.log”. The
selection and creation of a new file is the same as with the “create backup” option.
While the event log is being written in, you can hear beeps and the display is updated
with the event log currently being recorded.
Note:
Each beep means that 50 events have been recorded.
