► It works in fixed mode with 8 characters for the name and 3 for the extension.
Incomplete names or extensions of less than 3 characters may result in a faulty display
of file names and/or extensions.
► If there is no pen drive connected and read by the display, when you enter the USB
options the following message appears:
No action is allowed except
to exit.
Using the pen drive
To prevent faulty views and other artefacts, do as follows when using the USB drive.
1.
Open the machine and press the programming pushbutton to call up the main menu.
2.
Insert the pen drive in the connector.
3.
Wait a few seconds until the following message appears:
LABEL being the name used to label the pen drive when it was formatted.
4.
Wait a few more seconds until the previous message disappears. This means that the
display has read the file system contained in the pen drive and can now access their
presentation. The time it takes to read the file system will depend on the pen drive’s
access speed and the number of files contained in it. During this time, the machine will
not respond to the keys.
5.
Once the message has disappeared, you can access the USB submenu in the
technical menu.
