Follow the same procedure for each of the beaters on the machine.
Prepare an appropriate container with a basic solution of chlorine-based detergents,
which can be found in shops which sell pharmaceutical products.
To disinfect the parts of the beater and product containers, submerge them in the
prepared solution for about 20 minutes. To clean them effectively you may need to use a
brush or similar implements.
After disinfection, dry the parts carefully with compressed air, a dryer or disinfected
cloths. Then reassemble the beater parts in the machine following the above steps in the
reverse order.
Replace the soluble product containers
Remove the espresso coffee brewing assembly. To do this, open the door and cup, stir-
stick and sugar assembly and then follow the steps detailed below (see fig. 63):
► Remove the assembly attachment piston (
A
), by turning it counter-clockwise. After
unscrewing it from the thread that joins it to the lid, remove the assembly until the three
guiding rods come out of their holes.
► After removing the brewing assembly, remove the assembly nozzle (
B
), the silicon
tube connecting to the coffee outlet collector nozzle (
D
).
