Once you have defined the cup in terms of its classification, choose the most
appropriate cogwheel position. To do this, the cup dispenser assembly has 5
intermediate positions for the 2 mm (0.079”) distance between the largest and smallest
diameter at 0.5 mm (0.020”) intervals. Cogwheel position
1
corresponds to the smallest
diameter, while position
5
is for the largest diameter. The other positions are obtained by
adding 0.5 mm (0.020”) intervals. Choose the position immediately above the closest to
cup diameter (see fig. 07)

To change the position of the cup dispenser wheels do as follows:
Remove the cup storage assembly tubes and the star-shaped piece.
1.
Lift the cogwheel blocking shaft by holding the end of the shaft that sticks out of the
cup dispenser lid and pulling it until the other end comes out of its recess.
2.
Grip the lower cup dispenser bushing and turn it in one or the other direction until the
indicator arrow coincides with the desired position.
3.
Release the shaft that will return to its recess thanks to the spring attached to it. To
ensure the shaft is properly anchored, press the shaft down to check that it has gone all
the way into its recess.
Note:
Cups can be dispensed manually by pressing the button on the dispenser cover
(see fig. 07).
