5 CONTROLS

5.1. CONTROL HANDLE

The motorized 

surf 

is supplied with the control handle which controls the 

motor

 

output.  The 

handle  is  supplied  together  with  the  engine  shut-off key  which  is  used  for  the motorized 

surf

 activation.

Warning (Risk of Injury)

The 

motor

 shut-off key must be attached to the rider’s wrist during the operation. If 

the rider falls off or is pushed off the motorized 

surf

, the key will be pulled out of the 

engine

 shut-off switch and the 

motor

 will switch off automatically.

Caution

The engine shut-off key must be securely fastened around the rider‘s wrist by wrist 

band on the hand in which the rider holds the handle.

Info

The throttle trigger is situated on the handle, at the end of the throttle cable. JetSurf 

recommends controlling the throttle with your index finger.

 

When the throttle trigger 

is pressed, you increase the revs, when it is released, you decrease the revs.

5.1.1. BOOSTER

The control handle of the JetSurf Electric has a 

function Booster that is activated when the throttle 

trigger

 is fully pressed (going a bit against the 

resistance) and give

s

 the user maximum power of 

the electric motor.

When using this function frequently, it could be temporarily deactivated to prevent 

overheating
