For transportation, connector has to be covered. In case of storage in environment with low air
humidity, it is recommended to uncover the connector.
In case the connector is not handled properly, it might be easily damaged and improper
handling may cause discharge of internal battery inside the control unit which is necessary for
the JetSurf Electric operation.
6.5.3. BATTERY IN ECU
ECU (Electronic control unit) contains a small non - rechargeable battery which needs to be
replaced every two years.
6.6. BATTERY TRANSPORTATION PREPARATION
It is recommended to keep and transport the battery pack in battery bag. This bag is designed
for safe transportation, storage and charging.
6.6.1. BATTERY BAG DESCRIPTION
Battery Bag is designed for safe transportation, sto-
rage and charging. It is important to always charge
the battery when the battery is in the bag.
The Battery Bag is divided into several compartments. It is mandatory to keep the main com -
partment open during the charging process. For transportation, it is necessary to keep all the
Battery Bag compartments closed. It is recommended to keep the battery pack inside the
Battery Bag for any manipulation of the battery pack.
