WARNING
Seat
Position the seat so that you can comfortably reach
the machine controls. Do not adjust the seat while the
machine is moving. You could have an accident if you
operate the machine with the seat in the wrong
position.

The operator's seat can be adjusted for your comfort. A
correctly adjusted seat will reduce operator fatigue.
Position the seat so that you can comfortably reach the
machine controls. For driving the machine, adjust the seat
so that you can depress the pedals fully with your back
against the seat back.
Basic Seat

Fore/Aft
Lift bar

and slide the seat to the position you want.
Release the lever. Make sure the seat is locked in
position.

Backrest Angle
Press your back firmly against the backrest. Press
down either of the two levers

and put the backrest
at the angle you want. Release lever

.

Height
To raise or lower the front of the seat, pull bar

up and
raise or lower the seat cushion. Release the bar at the
height you want. (There are three settings.)
To raise or lower the rear of the seat, push the seat
cushion backwards, then set it into one of the three
notches provided.

Weight
Sit in the seat and check the position of indicator

. It
should be level with the front edge of the side frame
as shown in
4A
.
If the indicator is behind the frame as shown in
4B
,
turn the handle

so that

is uppermost. If the
indicator is in front of the frame as in
4C
, turn handle

so that
-
is uppermost. Stay in the seat. Pump
handle

until the indicator is level as in
4A
.
