NOTE: if the solvent is not spraying through, check
the air hole (12) is clear. If this becomes clogged
with paint only air will be spraying through the
spray gun when the trigger (9) is pressed. The air
hole (12) can be seen after removing the air cap (5)
and the retaining ring (4) [F6].
∙ The needle assembly (7) must be kept clean and
free of paint. The retaining ring (4) and the air cap
(5) must be kept clean and free of paint. A drop of
lubrication oil on the tip of the needle assembly (7) is
recommended before starting the spray gun.
NOTE: dried paint in the spray gun will effect
operation. Failure to clean the spray gun after every
use, will cause it to fail. This will void the warranty.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

disposing as waste.
Tool, accessories and packaging should be sorted for
environment-friendly recycling.
The plastic components are labeled for categorized
recycling. These instructions are printed on recycled
paper manufactured without chlorine.
ATTENTION! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE PRODUCT BY YOURSELF AND DO NOT
TAMPER WITH IT! Any operation of repairing or extraordinary maintenance must be carried
out only by a qualified and authorized IVT Service Center. Do not try to modify any internal
part of the product! THIS WILL COMPLETELY VOID THE WARRANTY AND IT COULD CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY AND DAMAGE.
