™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator
3074
Err Sys HIOOR
This alarm is only applicable during normal operation mode. The oxygen sensor heater positive voltage was below or
above a predefined range. The heater positive voltage can be directly related to current based on the resistor value in
the circuit. Check the oxygen sensor's heater positive voltage output for a connection and proper voltage (low limit is
1.2455V; high limit is 2.471V).
3075
Err Sys HVOOR
This alarm is only applicable during normal operation mode. The oxygen sensor heater voltage drop (between the
positive and negative outputs) was below or above a predefined range. The heater voltage drop represents the voltage
across the heater coil. Check the oxygen sensor's heater positive and negative voltage outputs for a connection and
proper voltage (low limit is 0.6275; high limit is 2.422V).

Alarm - Stuck
Button
Membrane Switch Held in Down Position while the processor was starting after a reset condition. Make sure no
buttons are pressed after the unit has been told to power down. Check the membrane keypad for a permanent closed
button position.

Alarm - Low Flow
Output
This alarm can only occur on Continuous Mode. The output flow from the proportional valve is 10% of the desired
flow level. This condition has a guard during a flow change of 6 shift counts. This guard condition will prevent false low
flow conditions from being detected whenever the user changes the Continuous Mode setting. Check to see that the
proportional valve plumbing is correct. Check to see if the proportional valve is working correctly.

Maximum Shift
Time Exceeded
The time it took the sieve beds to shift is too long at the present altitude. The maximum allowable shift time is
independent of the flow setting. The maximum allowable shift time is 30 seconds. Check the connection between the
product tank and the pressure sensor. There is a leak in the pressure hose. The pressure sensor is not working.

Warning - EXT
PWR Low
External Power at < 11.0 VDC for 250 consecutive samples in a 1.5 second sampling window.
4608
Alarm - EXT PWR
Low
External Power at < 10.0 VDC for 250 consecutive samples in a 1.5 second sampling window.
4096
Alarm - Fan is not
moving
Not Applicable. This alarm is not used anywhere in the program code. It had been used in the XPO2 product, but the
hardware of Solo2 does not support FAN feedback.
4097
Alarm - High
pressure
Pressure reading at transducer is above 18 psi. Check to see if the PE is operating correctly. Check to see if the S1I and
S2I valves are operating correctly.
4098
Alarm - Low
pressure
Pressure reading at transducer is below 1.5 psi. Check to see if the PE is operating correctly. Check to see if the S1I and
S2I valves are operating correctly.
