Parameters
200 µsec (03\08) to 10,000 µsec (02\1C\1G) = 100 Hz to 5000 Hz.
See Appendix C to calculate base 64 value. Default is 312 µsec = 3205 Hz =
0D\4B\46\04\56.
Example: For 100 Hz T = 10,000 µsec = 02\1C\16 = 2(64²) + 28(64) + 16.
