4. For a 2.4 GHz 1555, disconnect the antenna cable from the RF board.

5. Remove the two Torx screws from the bottom of the RF board and lift the digital
board assembly from the RF board. The digital board is still connected to the RF
board by a 25-pin flex cable.
2.4 GHz version
6. On the RF board, unlatch the 25-pin connector and disconnect the flex cable. You
can now remove the digital board and its flex cable.
7. Position the new RF board under the digital board assembly and install the 25-pin
flex cable. The flex cable contacts must face away from the RF board. Be sure to
latch the connector.
