Internal Fixed Mount SSD Installation

1.
Power off the system and disconnect the power cable(s).

Remove the system top cover (see
Section 3.1.1

Remove the air duct (see
Section 3.2.1
4.
Remove the SSD bracket from the accessory kit iPC
–
CYPCBLINTSTKIT package.
5.
Mount a 2.5” SSD to the drive bracket (see Letter A).
6.
Using four (4) screws in the accessory kit secure the SSD to the drive bracket (see Letter B). Tighten to 8
in-lb.
7.
Repeat steps 4 and 6
if installing another 2.5” SSD.

8.
Install the drive bracket (see Letter C) on top of the left power supply housing when facing the front of
the chassis.
9.
Using the fastener screws, secure the drive bracket (See Letter D).
10.
Connect power and SATA cables to the SSDs.
11.
Reinstall the air duct (see
Section 3.2.2
).
12.
Reinstall the system top cover (see
Section 3.1.2
