3. Communication with a Minimate Pro and your computer is configured using the
Communications Setup dialog box located under the Unit menu. Open the Unit menu and
choose Communications . The Communications Setup dialog box appears, as shown below:
If required, we will only adjust the Port dropdown menu. The other menus, Baud Rate , Retries ,
and Modem Type should have the same settings as the dialog box pictured above. Ensure that the
baud rate on the unit is also set to 115200 by following these steps:
1. Press the Setup key.
2. Press the Down Arrow key until View/Edit Preferences is highlighted. Press the Enter
key.
3. Press the Down Arrow key until Serial Baud Rate is highlighted.
4. If the value to the right of Serial Baud Rate is not 115200 , then press the Right Arrow
key to edit this value to match the Series IV Baud rate shown in the image above.
5. Press the Enter key to accept the changes.
6. Press the Cancel key to exit the setup menu and return to the main display on the unit.
Step 7: Define the Contents of the Event Summary Report
Blastware creates an Event Summary Report for each recorded Event. Blastware offers you a
wide degree of flexibility to define the contents and visual aspects of these reports. In this step, we
enter a new report title, choose a
Compliance Report Graph , and measurement units.
